What is the sample policy?
We offer samples before bulk orders. Sample fee is 3x the wholesale price plus shipping. Sample fee can be credited to bulk order.
What is the production time?
Standard production is 7-14 days after sample approval. Rush orders available for additional fee.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, we have in-house designers and AI design tool. Basic design service is free. Complex artwork may have additional fee.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, SVG, and high-resolution PNG/JPG files. Vector files preferred for best print quality.
