Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Summit Custom Hub website and related services, including accounts, template browsing, the online designer, checkout, payments, and fulfillment support. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
We may publish additional policies or product-specific terms. They form part of these Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Services
We provide customizable goods and related digital tools (such as design saving and order management). Specifications, processes, lead times, and MOQs are as shown on the site, confirmed in your order, and subject to any written agreements between the parties.
Supply chain, inspection standards, or force majeure events may affect timing or availability. We will notify you where reasonable and work toward a fair resolution.
Accounts and Security
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, illegal activity, or risk to the Platform, and may cooperate with authorities as required by law.
Custom Content and Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or have rights to all designs, trademarks, logos, and materials you submit, and that they do not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for claims arising from your content and will indemnify us for losses caused by violations of this section to the extent permitted by law.
To fulfill your order, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content as needed for production, quality control, and delivery. We will not use your designs for public marketing without consent, except as required by law.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Review product specifications, quantities, print methods, and shipping details before checkout. Once payment is successfully initiated and the order is accepted, the purchase commitment is formed subject to production scheduling and confirmation.
Prices are as displayed or quoted, including applicable taxes where stated. Payments are processed by third-party providers; their terms may also apply.
We may cancel orders that cannot be completed due to payment failure, risk controls, or compliance requirements, and will assist with refunds where applicable.
Production, Quality, and Shipping
Custom products move to production after artwork and production files are approved. Reasonable color and placement tolerances may exist due to materials and processes and do not necessarily indicate a defect where within industry norms.
Tracking information is based on carrier updates or our records. International shipments may incur duties or taxes payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
You may request cancellation or changes before irreversible production steps. Fees may apply based on work already performed. Orders in production or shipped are generally non-cancellable except for quality issues or our breach.
For quality concerns, contact us promptly after receipt with photos or videos. Verified issues may be addressed by remake, repair, or refund as appropriate under our policies.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for issues caused by force majeure, internet outages, third-party service failures, your own conduct, or events outside our reasonable control.
The site may link to third-party resources; we are not responsible for third-party content or services.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim and not refunded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
For users contracting with our China-based operations, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Chinese mainland (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at the defendant’s domicile.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the site. Material changes may be highlighted. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
